Black Lantern Forge primarily sells digital products, including downloadable tabletop maps and related content. As we expand, we will also offer physical products such as terrain pieces, miniatures, figures, and tabletop props.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products sold through Black Lantern Forge are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment for digital orders.
Upon completing a digital purchase:
- A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Downloads are also accessible directly from your order confirmation page
- You will have lifetime access to your purchased files
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect email addresses provided at checkout
- If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting support
Digital products are available worldwide with no shipping restrictions.
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COMING SOON)
Black Lantern Forge will be expanding into physical tabletop products including terrain, miniatures, figures, and props. The following shipping terms will apply to all physical orders.

- We ship eligible physical products throughout the United States
- Orders are subject to verification prior to shipment
- Domestic shipping restrictions may apply based on product type or local regulations
B. International Shipping
We offer international shipping on select physical products. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for knowing what products are legal to import into your country
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are your responsibility
- We are not responsible for items delayed, rejected, seized, or confiscated by customs or law enforcement
- International shipping fees are non-refundable

Tracking numbers are provided for all physical shipments once an order has shipped. Carrier delivery confirmations do not guarantee receipt by a specific individual.
Digital orders do not include tracking, but order and download history is accessible through your account or order confirmation email at any time.
