Black Lantern Forge primarily sells digital products including downloadable tabletop maps and related content. The following terms apply to all digital purchases:
- All digital sales are final. Once a download link has been accessed or delivered, the sale is complete and no refund or exchange will be issued except as outlined in our Refund Policy
- Digital files are licensed for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased digital files without express written permission from the Company
- Files may not be used for commercial streaming, content creation, or publishing without the appropriate license
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure all files are functional and as described. If you experience a technical issue, contact us at info@blacklanternforge.com within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase
We reserve the right to limit downloads, revoke access for policy violations, or discontinue products at any time.
SECTION 6 – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COMING SOON)
As Black Lantern Forge expands into physical tabletop products including terrain, miniatures, figures, and props, the following will apply:
- All physical products are subject to our Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference
- We make reasonable efforts to display product images accurately but cannot guarantee exact display accuracy on all devices
- We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue products at any time

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or reseller activity.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update such information as necessary.
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING (DIGITAL & PHYSICAL)
Digital products are delivered electronically via download link to the email address provided at checkout. There is no physical shipment for digital orders.
Physical product shipping terms, where applicable, are governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference. International customers acknowledge that customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions may apply and that compliance with local laws is the customer's responsibility.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Digital products are non-refundable once a download link has been accessed or delivered.
Customers must contact info@blacklanternforge.com within the timeframe stated in our policies and provide required documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of the Company. Failure to comply with policy requirements may result in denial.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in denial of future purchases.
