Built for the Table

The Tarantula is a hand-finished 3D printed dice roller built for dungeon masters and players who want their setup to match the worlds they play in. A massive arachnid frozen mid-crawl, fangs bared, eight bristled legs braced over a jagged stone outcrop with an internal channel that tumbles a full set of polyhedral dice through its body before spilling them out below. It looks like it crawled out of a campaign. That's exactly what it's supposed to do.

What's Included

Every Tarantula ships as a single assembled piece: the spider, the stone outcrop, and the oval display base all in one. Drop your dice in the top, watch them tumble through the body, and let your players know the session is not going to be easy.

Built to the Same Standard as Everything in the Forge

Black Lantern Forge started because we got tired of mediocre gear. If it doesn't clear the bar we'd set for our own table, it doesn't go in the store. The Tarantula is the standard applied to the physical side of the hobby. It's a statement piece that earns its place at any serious DM's setup, and a pretty menacing way to roll your dice.

Each piece is printed to order. Please allow 5–7 business days before shipment.

Each Void Watcher is printed to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and quality check before your order ships. Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. The Void Watcher is printed in PLA plastic. Keep it out of sustained direct heat — car dashboards, windowsills in summer, or enclosed spaces above 60°C — as PLA can warp under high temperatures. Dust with a soft dry cloth. Do not submerge in water. Handle the crystal formations with care as thin spires can be fragile under significant lateral pressure.

High-Detail Print Quality

Every spike, scale, and crystal is printed at the highest detail settings. The Void Watcher is built to display, not just sit on a shelf — it earns its place at any serious table.

Printed to Order

Each Void Watcher is printed fresh for your order — not sitting in a warehouse. Allow 5–7 business days for printing and quality check before your order ships.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Void Watcher is designed to hold a standard 7-piece polyhedral dice set — that's your D4, D6, D8, D10, D10 percentile, D12, and D20. Most standard and gemstone resin dice sets fit comfortably. Oversized or jumbo dice sets may not fit depending on their dimensions.
This is a physical, ready-to-display 3D printed model shipped directly to you. No printer required, no assembly needed. If you're looking for STL files to print yourself, this listing is not that — this is the finished piece, packaged and sent to your door.
The Void Watcher is printed in high-detail gray PLA, one of the most common and reliable 3D printing materials. It's solid, holds fine detail well, and is built to sit on a desk and be handled regularly. We recommend keeping it out of direct heat sources like car dashboards or windowsills in summer, as PLA can warp under sustained high temperatures.
